Jump Slammer Lifetime Parts Warranty

The Jump Slammer comes with a lifetime parts warranty. Every part of the Jump Slammer is covered under the lifetime parts warranty. Jumping Mats

Our Jumping Mats come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty that covers damage occurring during normal use (v-ring pops off, etc). If the damage was caused by non-normal use for example someone pokes a hole in the mat or burns the mat, etc those are not covered under the warranty.

 

Safety Net and Pads

Our Safety Nets and Pads come with a 6-month manufacturer's warranty that covers damage occurring during normal use (one of the straps comes off, etc). If the damage was caused by non-normal use for example someone pokes a hole in the net/pad or burns the net/pad or cuts the net/pad, etc. those are not covered under the warranty.

 

Ladders and Slides
