Returns and Refunds
30 day return policy, but we're flexible in some situations. Extended return policy for anything purchased in December, within reason.
Customer is responsible for return cost (deducted from refund) if the customer did not measure correctly, or decides they don't want the item.
Trampoline Pro is responsible for return costs in the case of wrong item shipped, defective item, or item damaged in transit.
Returned items must be in new condition, unless agreed upon in email exchange. Items returned in used condition may only be eligible for partial refund, or no refund in extreme cases.
