Returns and Refunds

All of our products include a 30 day return policy. If you would like to return a product that does not meet this criteria, please let us know, and we will do all that we can to work with you.

We also offer an extended return policy for anything purchased in December, within reason.

Trampoline Pro will fully cover return costs for any product that does not meet our quality standards, i.e., incorrect product shipped, defective product, or products damaged in transit. 

If a return is being made for the following reasons (not measured correctly, don't want anymore) the cost of return postage will be deducted from the refund.

Returned items must be in new condition, unless otherwise agreed upon in email exchange. Items returned in used condition may only be eligible for partial refund, or no refund in extreme cases.

All return requests are processed within 24 to 48 hours, except on weekends when we are closed.
